Key Bindings

• Backlinks Browser

  Ctrl-Shift-← Opens the Node Browser with a list of all nodes containing links to the current node.

• Bullet Node

  Ctrl-Shift-^  (Ctrl-Shift-6) Creates a bullet node at the current cursor.

• Copy Link To Here

  Ctrl-Shift-C Copies a link to the node currently containing the cursor, to the clipboard. See Links and Pointers.

• Copy Link To Here With Project

  Ctrl-Shift-Super-C Similar to Copy Link To Here, but includes the project in the link. See Links and Pointers.

• Forward Links Browser

  Ctrl-Shift-→ Opens the Node Browser with a list of all nodes linked to from the current node.

• Global Node Browser

  Ctrl-Shift-* (Ctrl-Shift-8) Similar to all Node Browser but includes all nodes in all active projects. The project context will be switched to that of the selected node, if any.

• Home Node

  Ctrl-Shift-H Opens the home node of the current project. Edit the home key in project_settings to set this.

• Insert Link to New Node

  Ctrl-Shift-' Creates a new untitled file node and inserts a link to that node at the cursor. Use the Open Link key to immediately open the node. The link left behind will be updated automatically to the target node’s ID when it updates.

• Link to Node

  Ctrl-Shift-L Opens the Node Browser and inserts a link to the selected node, if any, at the cursor position.

• Navigate Backward

  Ctrl-Shift-< (Ctrl-Shift-,) Opens the previously visited node, using the NAVIGATION directive.
